Moving into a leadership role for the first time can be an exciting yet daunting adventure. This new role requires a different set of skills to lead a team to achieve their objectives and goals. This full-day workshop will start you on the road to being an effective leader.


This workshop will focus on recognising the value of working as a team and the techniques you can use to be a cohesive team. You will learn the foundations team development, roles within a team, understanding team dynamics, communication skills, and the importance of building trust within a team. You will also learn about different personalities, why you click with some people and not others, and how to build your skills to click with people who work differently to you.


As the workplace continues to change, understanding your team and their strengths will be your competitive advantage.
