Cultivating Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace

Updated: Aug 6, 2024

Emotions are all around us. We all have emotions and reactions to situations, but how we respond to those situations and the emotions we display can impact on our team, our workday and our satisfaction at work.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a set of skills that help us to recognise, understand and manage our emotions and those in others. EQ can be learned and developed over time.

This 1-day interactive workshop is designed to help you recognise the different emotions, understand how they impact the way people behave, become aware of your own emotions and behaviours, and identify ways you can strengthen your EQ.

People with high EQ are more likely to avoid miscommunications, better manage their stress, effectively manage conflict, make better decisions and have stronger relationships.

Duration: 1 day

Group Size: up to 16

Venue: Indoor

Cost (ex GST): from $3850
