At TeamLab, we’ve built a reputation for delivering exceptional team-building experiences. We also want our programs to be enjoyed by small businesses too!
We are excited to announce the development of four activities tailored specifically for small businesses with less than 15 employees: the Fremantle and Perth Urban Challenge, Brush Hour, and Packs for Good Charity Activity.
These experiences are designed to deliver the same level of collaboration, trust, and fun that we are known for, but with a focus on fostering closer connections within smaller groups.
Fremantle and Perth Urban Challenge
Our Urban Challenge is an exciting, fast-paced city adventure that encourages teams to work together as they navigate urban landmarks, solve puzzles, and complete tasks. Designed to ignite creativity and problem-solving, this challenge promotes communication and collaboration while keeping the team energised and engaged.
Brush Hour
For teams looking for a more creative experience, Brush Hour offers a unique blend of art and teamwork. During this activity, each team member contributes to a group masterpiece while learning about the importance of collaboration and shared vision. It’s not just about painting—it’s about fostering creativity, open communication, and a shared sense of accomplishment.
Packs for Good Charity Activity
Want to give back while building stronger team connections? Our Packs for Good Charity Activity allows small teams to collect and donate essential items to local charities. Teams work together to complete fun tasks that lead to assembling the packs for people in need. This activity brings a sense of purpose to team-building by aligning with corporate social responsibility initiatives, while also boosting morale and unity.
Coffee Capers
Are you ready to follow clues and solve puzzles to identify the mastermind behind a crime? The activity starts with participants being welcomed to their first day on the job when the beloved coffee machine is kidnapped. The group is divided into 3 teams to follow the clues and solve the mystery, while at the same time developing essential workplace skills.
Why Focus on Small Business?
As a small business ourselves, we know the importance small local businesses bring to the community. We also know the challenges. Small businesses rely heavily on tight-knit collaboration, clear communication, and trust. By developing team-building experiences specifically for small businesses, we’re helping these groups strengthen their dynamics, boost morale, and perform better together. Each of our activities is designed to encourage teamwork, build trust, and allow for personalised engagement that small businesses thrive on.
At TeamLab, we’re committed to offering inclusive, impactful experiences for businesses of all sizes. Whether you have a large team or a smaller group, our activities are designed to help you unlock your team’s full potential.
