Join us for 2-3 hours dedicated to focusing on your team and their goals. This workshop starts with a visualisation activity to set the scene for the team to identify their goals.
The Team Vision Board workshop supports each team member to visualise their team's goals and then collate a range of images and quotes that represents what was seen in the visualisation. In line with research, a visual representation that can be seen daily, is created to assist the team to remain focused on the goals throughout the year.

On the day you will be:
Participate in a fully guided visualisation,
Receive a whiteboard/corkboard to display the vision and goals,
Be provided with a range of motivational and inspirational sayings,
Given a reflection workbook, and
Provided with access to a range of papers, pictures, pins and magnets to customise the board.
